Do you offer residential or house cleaning?
No. Rave Cleaning Service is exclusively a commercial cleaning company. We serve offices, retail stores, banks, schools and universities, commercial buildings, property managers and government facilities.
Where do you provide service?
We serve commercial clients in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Howard County, Montgomery County and Washington, DC. Managing sites nearby or across several locations? Contact us and we'll confirm coverage.
Are you insured?
Yes. Rave Cleaning Service carries general liability insurance, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for your vendor records.
How is pricing determined?
Every proposal is custom. We price based on square footage, type of facility, foot traffic, service frequency and any specialty services. A walkthrough lets us quote accurately — and new clients get 20% off the first cleaning.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients prefer evening, early-morning or weekend service so cleaning never interrupts operations.
Do you handle one-time projects as well as recurring contracts?
Both. We run recurring janitorial programs (daily, several times a week, weekly) and one-time projects such as deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning and pressure washing.
